Ok..I advocate a 3 day detox to be done 3 or 4 times a year....but this isn't exactly what I recommend.
Actually a pretty funny video. He blew it with the after detox feast. In spite of the occasional video for fun, a 3 day detox is a good idea for most of us (without the burgers and shakes).
